The Abu Dhabi government is exploring the development of vertiport infrastructure throughout Abu Dhabi by means of its public private partnership programme to enhance regional air mobility, reduce congestion, accelerate adoption of future mobility services, localise technology knowhow, and support the overall growth of the advanced air mobility (AAM) industry within Abu Dhabi.

Vertiports will facilitate the operation of eVTOL aircraft, integrating with existing transportation systems to offer efficient and sustainable transportation solutions.

The Abu Dhabi Investment Office (ADIO), in collaboration with the Integrated Transport Center (ITC), is pleased to issue a Request for Information (RFI) to invite companies, with relevant experience in respect of vertiport infrastructure, to participate in the Vertiport Infrastructure Programme.

This initiative is part of Abu Dhabi’s broader strategy to expand its Smart and Autonomous Vehicle Industry (SAVI) cluster.

Parties who have relevant experience in respect of vertiport infrastructure and are interested in participating in the Vertiport Infrastructure Programme are requested to respond to this RFI by completing and submitting the information request contained in the Response Sheet in Section ‎7 of this RFI.

Interested parties shall submit their Responses prior to 17:00 (UAE Time) on the last day of the Response Period, as indicated in the RFI document.
